HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES
Beginner Holiday Programme
Our beginner programmes are for ages 5-15 years of age (maximum 5 children per programme). This programme is ideal for children with no horse experience and for those with some basic riding experience (walk and trot).
What do we offer?

Each participant takes care of a horse for the morning or afternoon with the assistance of a helper.
​
Activities include
-
learning to communicate with their horse using 'horse language'
-
Grooming and tacking up (cleaning and putting saddles etc on)

Horse behaviour and identifying how the horse is feeling

Learning basic riding skills
-
Riding activities, including games, farm walks and road walks
-
‘Decorate your horse day’ (held on the last day).
We have an outdoor arena so appropriate clothing is a must!

What happens if its raining?
​
Our programmes go ahead in reasonable wet weather and are planned to include indoor/stable activities if riding outside is not possible. Due to the large number of individual dietary requirements and allergies, Trinity Valley does NOT supply morning and afternoon tea and therefore must be brought from home.

In the event that the weather is very bad on the day of your booking, we notify clients as soon as possible that programmes or lessons with not go ahead. We offer a replacement date in their place or a credit session if a suitable date cannot be made. We do not offer refunds.

Private and Group Holiday Lessons
Private (one person only, semi private (2 persons) and group lessons (max 4 people) are available on weekends during the holidays for all ages and abilites.
